Give your display items to the applicable coordinator above with your name attached to your item.
Give to the above coordinators on or before Monday May 1 or Wednesday May 3.
PLEASE note – Items will NOT be accepted for display on the day of the luncheon.

Door prizes are welcome and can be given to Jennie Wolter (Mondays) or Laura McFadyen (Wednesdays).
Display tables will be available for a display of
- · discipline items completed within the last 24 months,
- · each lifetime members of their items over these 25 years, and
- · the donated door prizes.
If you have any dietary concerns, please have them noted when you purchase your ticket. A colour coded special diet card will be available for you at the welcome desk when you arrive to put at your place setting.
Last day for ticket sales will be Wednesday May 3. If you plan to attend, but cannot purchase your ticket in person prior to May 3, contact Loraine Constable (403-241-1057). An envelope with your name and ticket will be set aside for your payment at the welcome desk.
